Role Overview
As the Director of Client Services โ Canada, you will be responsible for expanding Novestra Healthโs footprint across medium size hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations. This is a commission-based role, offering high earning potential for individuals with strong healthcare industry networks and a passion for bringing innovative healthcare solutions to the market.
Key Responsibilities
๐น Business Development & Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and medical professionals onto the Novestra Health platform.
๐น Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry, ensuring long-term engagement.
๐น Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales efforts, negotiate contracts, and close deals, ensuring consistent revenue generation.
๐น Market Strategy & Expansion: Develop strategic plans to expand Novestra Healthโs presence in Canada, identifying new market opportunities.
๐น Product Advocacy: Educate potential clients about Novestra Healthโs AI-powered platform and how it enhances clinical workflows and patient care.
๐น Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership team to refine sales strategies and ensure customer success.
Qualifications & Skills

Proven Experience: 8+ years in client services, business development, or sales, preferably within the healthcare, health tech, or SaaS industry.

Healthcare Industry Network: Strong connections with hospitals, clinics, medical professionals, and healthcare administrators in Canada.

Sales & Negotiation Skills: Exceptional ability to pitch, negotiate, and close high-value deals.
